Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy with Sabai Thai Massage in Denver.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Please be mindful of our cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, kindly do so at least 12 hours in advance.

• Cancellation 6-12 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellation within 0-6 hours of the appointment will result in the full session price being charged.

No-shows:

A "no-show" is defined as forgetting or consciously choosing to forgo the appointment. In such cases, the full appointment fee will be charged.

Non-Refundable Services:

Cancellation of gift certificates or pre-paid bookings will incur a $7 fee for credit card transactions.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others. Regardless of the actual treatment duration, you are responsible for the full session cost.
